1 tub Boulder Organic Tuscan White Bean Soup
½ cup grated smoked cheddar
1 handful chips, crackers, or crusty bread
Pour one container of Tuscan White Bean Soup into a saucepan. Simmer on medium heat until soup is reduced and very thick, then transfer into an oven-safe dish and layer the top with grated smoked cheddar. Broil for a few minutes until cheese is hot and bubbly. Serve with chips, crackers or crusty bread. Pair with a big Pinot Noir.
