Soup or Dip? You Decide.

Green Chile Dip

Do the dip or take a sip (off your soup spoon, that is). Whatever your preference, this bold, spicy dish is downright delicious any way you eat it. Just add Boulder Organic! Green Chile Corn Chowder to a few simple south-of-the-border ingredients and you’ve got a tasty meal for one…or a dip to share – the choice is yours.

Ingredients:

  • Boulder Organic! Green Chile Corn Chowder
  • Mexican-style rice
  • Pinto or black beans
  • Grated jalapeño jack cheese
  • Sliced avocado
  • Chopped cilantro

Directions:

Heat the rice and beans and sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Pour heated Green Chili Corn Chowder over everything and finish with chopped cilantro and sliced avocado. Use more soup for a dish that is better eaten with a spoon, or less soup for a scoop-able Mexican-inspired treat. Corn tortilla chips like Cabo Chips make the best scoops!
