Parmesan Cheese Crisps


  • 1 C. Shredded Parmesan Cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a biscuit cutter as a guide, create thin rounds of cheese on the parchment, about 1-2 Tbsp. each.
  3. Toast in the oven on the center rack for 10 minutes, until bubbly and just browned. Allow to cool completely before removing from the parchment.
  4. Serve on top or alongside a warm bowl of Boulder Organic Chicken, Quinoa and Kale Soup.
