Everyone loves a good bean dip. And this, dear friends, is a great one. But don’t take our word for it — to taste it, is to love it.
Tuscan White Bean Dip with Smoked Cheddar

Ingredients:

Directions:

Pour one container of Tuscan White Bean Soup into a saucepan. Simmer on medium heat until soup is reduced and very thick, then transfer into an oven-safe dish and layer the top with grated smoked cheddar. Broil for a few minutes until cheese is hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.

We’ve been told some like it hot. This souped-up salsa brings the fire, but not in an overly spicy way. Think mild with the perfect amount of zest.

Directions:

Mix the Green Chile Corn Chowder with the Pico de Gallo. Stir until well incorporated. Serve dip in a festive dish.

Red Lentil Dahl Hummus

Red Lentil Dahl Hummus
This dip is loaded with rich, creamy, lentil-y flavor. You’re tastebuds will be so stoked, you might even find yourself rooting for team hummus to score the next touchdown!
Red Lentil Dahl Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Boulder Organic! Red Lentil Dahl Soup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 (19 ounce) can garbanzo beans, half the liquid reserved
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
In a blender, chop the garlic. Pour garbanzo beans into blender, reserving about a tablespoon for garnish. Place lemon juice, tahini, chopped garlic and salt in blender. Blend until creamy and well mixed. Transfer the mixture to a medium-sized serving bowl. Sprinkle with pepper and drizzle olive oil over the top. Garnish with reserved garbanzo beans. Serve dip in a festive dish.
