Red Lentil Dahl with Cilantro Yogurt Sauce and Toasted Naan

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare yogurt sauce (see directions, below).
  3. Heat soup according to package directions. Meanwhile, arrange naan on the baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Ladle the soup into 4 bowls and garnish with a dollop of Cilantro Yogurt Sauce.
  5. Serve with toasted naan and remaining Cilantro Yogurt Sauce on the side.

Cilantro Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 C. Greek Yogurt
  • ¾ C. Cilantro Leaves, roughly chopped
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Coriander
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk to combine all yogurt sauce ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate to incorporate flavors.
