Boulder Organic Foods LLC, makers of Boulder Organic garden-fresh organic soups, has earned the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Level III certification, making it one of only a handful of soup manufacturers nationwide with this designation for food makers with the highest quality ingredients and best food safety processes.
The SQF Program is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and links primary production certification to food manufacturing and distribution. It is renowned by retailers and foodservice providers worldwide who require a rigorous, credible food safety management system.
A Level III certification is the highest level a food maker can achieve under SQF. It means they have met the organization’s high standards and also will allow ongoing audits and plan additional improvements to all processes.
