Butternut Squash with Roasted Cauliflower and Bacon

Butternut Squash with Roasted Cauliflower and Bacon

Ingredients:

1 tub Boulder Organic Butternut Squash Soup with Sage

2-2 slices bacon

4-5 pieces organic cauliflower

Salt & pepper

Directions:

Break apart a head of cauliflower, toss in olive oil and salt/pepper and roast in a baking dish at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until tender.  While the cauliflower is roasting, heat up some Butternut Squash Soup with Sage soup and crisp some bacon. When the cauliflower is hot out of the oven, nestle a few pieces in each bowl of soup and crumble bacon over the top.
